We value our review and our guest’s experience. So please be sure to read following details BEFORE booking:
o This ocean & beach view unit is 195 sq.ft., in size and priced accordingly. It is ideal for solo travelers or couples who travel light and comfortable with sharing intimate space. For guest(s) who must have large space, we totally understand, and hope you find the perfect one for your trip.
o Closing the window will help in reducing noise level. But please understand we are steps from the world famous Waikiki Beach! The ocean view is just cross from the busy Kalakaua Ave. Gladly most of our guests find no problem at all. For guest needing very quiet environment to sleep, an ocean front room at resorts on the other side of Kalakaua Ave might work better (IE. Royal Hawaiian, Sheraton Waikiki, Halekulani etc.), or a resort away from Waikiki.
o We opted to provide a queen size bed, instead of full size, for a more enhanced, comfortable sleep. That also means, a narrower space on wall side of bed to enter. We respectfully ask our guest(s) not to push the bed against the wall, as it will limit the ability to utilize the under bed storages.
o Under bed drawers and covered containers are on each side of bed for extra storage space. Luggage space for either 2 carry-on or 1 checked luggage. Please slid in from end of bed (not from side).
o Small open closet by entrance, as shown in the picture, to hang clothes. Laundry basket and iron are on top shelf of the closet. There is also a laundry bag hanging in the closet. Small vacuum in the closet for guests who need a quick cleaning.
o At the end of trip, for guests who have any item they would like to leave for future guests (chair, boogie board, etc.) please kindly bring to front desk. Please DO NOT leave them in the closet or the unit, so our next guests can fully utilize the space.
o For guest(s) who have any issues during stay, we have the front desk staff there to assist 24/7. We also have a professional management team that responds to our guests in a prompt manner. For guests who send a email questions or call our 24hr message service.

Located steps from Waikiki Beach, Honolulu Zoo, and minutes from Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, International Market Place, etc., this ideal location ensures a fun in the tropical paradise. On Saturday morning, make sure to check out KCC Farmer’s Market for some only Hawaii grown products, including fresh fruits, coffee, and ready-to-eat foods.
With many restaurants and bars located within 5 min walking, including two right in the Waikiki Grand, you don’t have to go far to go to enjoy plentiful Hawaiian cuisine and cocktails.
For a more low key night, grab some take out, your favorite beverage and head to the 10th floor observation area. Toast to your day while admiring the expansive ocean views as night falls.
At the end of your day’s adventures, return to spacious queen bed that features a 12 inch Casper mattress. Inviting you for a restful sleep and recharge for your next day’s sightseeing.

- Please register with front desk upon arrival.
- Wi-Fi info can be found on side of remote-control holder.
- When using AC remote, make sure you hear the “beep” sound from AC unit to confirm it has received the signal.
- Please check with front desk for access code to laundry room and pool.
- Ceiling fan wall control is above headboard
House Rules
- Please keep sand on the beach by shaking out and rinsing off beach equipment. Feet as well when you come in from the beach. The stray sand can do a lot of damage to floors, furniture, and clog up the drainage in the showers and sinks.
- Do not flush anything down toilet except human waste and toilet paper.
- Please turn off all lights and A/C when leave room to conserve energy. Do not set temperature below 69 degrees.
- Please take food & beverage trash out daily to avoid attracting pests.
- No smoking of any type in the unit.
